Cakes, Gifts phone calls and Kyra! I had a Wonderful Week, Yes I had a Good Birthday!My nephew called at 5:50 am the morning of my birthday. I was not into chatting yet!I believe i had a good reason! My 40th Birthday last year was Awsome..Did we Rock or what! Yes Robyn we are the Best! LOL 

I am very grateful for friends who made this week very special. 

Monday night the yah, yah club (my sister club) had a little party for me. Sarah made a chocolate banana cake and it was very good! Bev gave me a watch along with the jewelry set. Wednesday Jack and Dedee had alittle celebration at their house. They got a Dairy Queen ice cream cake and supper. They gave Corner Gas dvd.

My sister sent shoonniyaa!  

One thing i always wanted to do was some step dancing , line dancing and so my "yah yah club" Sisters were gonna plan that for my birthday party for tonight"fri nite" But Debby the lady that was gonna come teach us had unexpected plans to go out of town. We plan to do it another night. I really appreciate friends who cared enough to make sure i was out celebrating my birthday! last week was Dedee's Birthday, so her and I went out to eat for out Birthdays and then her family had a celebration for her also. It was a  fun week!

Okay now being 41 seems unreal sometimes, How am i supposed to act?  When i turned 40 I thought that was a "Huge responsibility"! I better stop! 

Kyra is now almost 6 months and she has been such a blessing!  I love watching her, Her mother Jordana wasn't feeling well this week so i went and spend sometime there.  The flu is going around. My cold is finally gone-most of it anyway. I still cough abit, Over all i am feeling much better. Well i'm done now, Sorry for all the mis-prints. I am getting so tired of this cold! I've been awake during the night cause of this dum cold. So, I go on facebook, Just kidding Twila!

I could use your prayers that this cold would soon be done. 

I really don't have alot of exciting things happening in my own life at the moment.

I made this birthday cake for a young mom from church yesterday. But she wasn't able to join us, So my sisters and I ate this cake in honor of Jordie.

Her mother-in-law had a special thingy for  her birthday. We decided to take more pictures last night. 

Some Friends here were asking what i want to do for my birthday and i have something in mind and  so when or if i does happen i'll be sure to post pictures.

I remember my party last year, that was so much fun! I think that was one of my best parties ever! Turning 30 was alright! Thanks to Debby and Jenny who stood out side my bedroom singing songs at 6 am! I'm still workin on the "forgiveness". Anyway, Their are fond memories and am thankful for those special people who have made such a difference in my life. 

Well i don't know what else to say! I guess i am doing well.

Had a great time last night with these ladies. Their were couple more ladies who could not be here. But these are my sister's here in sudbury! Yeah, This is all for now. Have a Good Week! MJ

This week i was struggling with a cold. Not feeling very motivated and am sorta amazed my house isn't a pigpen. 

We are having cold, cold weather. Today, i stood outside, waiting for the city bus for a good 5 minutes. I went and met a friend for lunch at the mall. Felt bad cause i was late!

Monday Night, Was Sister's Supper night.

After my mother past away Bev invited me to their family events. This is a way for Alice to see her daughters, daughter-in-laws and grand daughters. I enjoy it!

Then Tuesday was a luncheon, Virginia made moose stew, Hilda made bannock and i made Apple pie. All was so good!

Wednesday, I had supper with Jack and Dedee Flietstra. 

Their was another supper  somewhere else Thursday. I'll try not to bore you anymore with such details. LOL

Now it's Friday and I ate at home tonight!

Sounds like i ate all week, Mostly it was Good Food, Good Friends, Good Fellowship!

One Most Exciting that happened this week too was. Our church Women are wanting to go to Women of Faith Conference in Rochester, NY. June 5 and 6 are the dates. 

Yeah, How Awsome is that!

I hope to have at least 10 women go to this event.

Kyra Bree Dube is such a beautiful baby, I just love her and want to spoil her. You can see her mommy Jordana in the one of the pictures. I miss not being able to see my 2 new great nephews and 1 great niece,  So it has been a blessing to have Kyra around. 

I really have no clue how the lay-out of these pictures will turn-out.

Yesterday, i had a rough day! My friend Dedee and i went to do some shopping at  Staples and i fell going in and scraped my knee. (It brought back memories of another time of a similiar experience i had couple years ago.)

When we were done shopping, i went over to Dedee's for supper. See the arm rug burn picture. Well i had a tumble. it was painful. I also hurt my other elbow. Dedee was there during both falls. The other Willow Angel pictures are what i got for christmas and wanted Jenni to see them. Jenni, Do they look familiar now? 

Today i went to the optomitrist and got a prescription for a new pair of glasses. Found some i liked and made an order. I'm glad thats done. Now i need to go to the Dentist. i was having toothaches around Christmas time. That was not fun! So far i've been in good health. Thank the good Lord for that. This afternoon i was out shopping  and spent some gift certificates i got for christmas. That was so much fun!

Went out for coffee with couple friends. Has supper, Then it was biblestudy night. that where i took these pictures of Kyra. If i put you to sleep reading this blog, thats okay! I'm ready for bed myself. IT's been a LOOONG DAY! Sigh.... bed time.
