Happy Family Day!
I had my devotional this morning..In Ephesians 1:7  He(God) is so rich in Kindness that he purchased our freedom through his blood of his son, and our sins are forgiven. (NLT) Verse says God is so 'Rich in Kindness" I know when i think about my past, i start to think why would God want to forgive something or someone like that.
I was so struck with the Forgiveness Part and really hit me for some reason.
Through "Jesus" we can be "Forgiven". He Purchased..He Paid the Price.  2 keys in this  devotional.
Number 1.  We must confess our sin.
Number 2. Our Problem or "my problem" we have with sin is forgetting forgiven sin.
Forgetting Forgiven Sin!  I was telling my friend Dedee the other day that my memory isn't sharp like it use too. And here i sit remembering my past....Forgetting Forgiven Sin.
That is a challenge i will take with me this week!
Not like what i thought early this Morning.....Family Day.."What Family" The Government should push for  a "singles holiday: Now, I'm being really Sarcastic!. Right there i found myself being selfish. Till god reminded me, MJ, You belong to the Family of God, What more could you ask for.
It's so easy to look at the things we don't have. Look how rich those pancakes look!
I decided I'd be kind to myself and make pancakes and bacon..and  fruit. and Rhonda..I thought of you as i was making these pancakes. "Only flip em once on each side".
Tonight..Is girls night out! I should figure what i am gonna make.. All have a good Day! MJ

Way to go with that attitude, M.J.! And the picture of your breakfast just goes with it so well. Abundant--overflowing with goodness, isn't HE? That is so true about getting old and forgetful, but yet when the enemy wants to he brings up our past and tries to make us think it's not forgiven. hummpf! Have a great week forgetting! love ya
